Windows 7 No connect / limited - wireless

Has anyone had this problem and solved it? i login to my wirelss yet it gives me the limtied to no connect error saying the ip address is not making it to the destination.

can you get on the internet because logging into your wireless router is always local and never internet?

no i am not able to open my browser

i am login in thru my router but the machine keeps returning to no connect / limited............
