Not Loading pages LINKS Windows 11

Ever since i have upgraded to Windows 11 i have had problems where i either have to click a link twice to load or pages numbers like on this forum. For example if i click on page 1 it will load for about 40 seconds and then stop and wont open the page. If i click the page number again it will go to the next page. This happpens both in FF and ME broswers so it isn't a browser problem.
I didnt ever have this problem in WIN 10.

I would start by running the network troubleshooter.

You can run the following command to go directly to the troubleshooter
msdt.exe -id NetworkDiagnosticsWeb
