Hi guys,

Does partitioning an NVME with extra D:\ partition cause loss of speed and life span?

On google the answers were not straight to the point.

I am worried mostly about loss of speed! Someone mentioned the D: partition will be in essence a virtual drive, thus the loss of speed.
Can you please confirm if the speed loss is significant?

If the life span decrease is also significant then i guess it's better not to use any extra partition other than the Healthy (EFI System Partition) and Healthy (Recovery Partition).

Please let me know.
