I have a new Dell Latitude e6400, Windows 7, 64 bit.
Windows doesn't boot correct sometimes, and starts to recover/repair, sometimes successful, sometimes not. I can reboot again and windows starts normally. I think that I lose data when this happens. The installation of OpenOffice was suddenly gone. It feels that the repair function rollbacks to some old resque point.
I had Ubuntu on this computer as well, and it was similar behaviour there. fsck runs and repairs the filesystem and on the same time destroys the file system.
What to do for me? Any help would be appriciated.
Hardware related maybe? How can I print the hardware from windows 7?
