Windows 8 odd dual screen in win 8

Having installed win 8 ok on my dual screen set up win 8 shows on mon A whilst win7 still shows on mon B.
Have followed instruction in win 8 for dual screen but no joy.
Any help would be much appreciated

Can you post some screen shots of what you're talking about...I think I have an idea but need confirmation to advise.

Since posting nothing has changed but now I am getting my head round win8 I will leave as is IE
with the win7 desktop!
