Windows 7 on inet explorer and mozilla i only have 1/2 my screen?

when on the internet with mozilla or inet explorer the web page is centered and a 3 in blank space on each side?

Do you mean it stays centered in the screen while maximized? You might need to give more details, maybe a screenshot.

yes it says centered and does not fill the screen.........sorry i don't know how to send a screed shot?

Place your cursor on the left side and drag it to the edge of the screen, now do the same with the other.
