Windows 7 OOOOOKKKKKK? System Tray gone crazy

When I go to the task bar/notification area, and click the up arrow, to show hidden icons, the menu opens, and (shivers?) I don't really know how else to explain it. It just jerks back and forth, so bad that I can not click on any icon. Really, I barely can tell which icon is which.

Any body else had this problem? If so how did you fix it? Although, the way things have been going, in a day or two it will fix itself.

Try to check the box for "Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar", click ok, and reboot.

When you get back in, uncheck the box and see what happens?
