Metro:
Microsoft had to scrap the term METRO last year due to legal reasons. (anyone surprised?)
Touchscreen:
My clients are law firms. In the legal community, there are a lot of what I would call 'seasoned' attorneys and legal assistants. It was tough enough getting them used to the mouse in the early 90's. I'm glad they still have the option of a mouse now as opposed to only having a touchscreen.
