I was just wondering if anyone had the *new* PhotoImpact X3 from Corel? :p

It used to be made by Ulead.

Is it any good? Plus is it worth the upgrade from Ulead PI 11.

I can read the FAQ site posts, but promo's do not really tell of actual user experience.
