Windows 8 Please me my knight and shinning computer guy

Side note: My recovery (E:) drive is 90 % full. Would it make any lick of difference to compress that drive?
The recovery drive intentionally has little space as it is not intended to be used beyond storing the recovery image. You should not do anything with that drive (compressing it, adding to or subtracting from its content or absolutely anything else). It's sole purpose is to enable full system recovery in the even of a serious system failure and you should leave it alone and intact.
