Hello, I have notebook with windows 7 RC build 7100 and when i want to make Hibernate, blue screen flash up and say:
POWER_DRIVER_SYSTEM_FAILURE
Then it shut down and i must start the computer like after normal switch off.
I need hibernation for using computer in school and it's nessesary for me.
How can i fix it and don't lose my data?
Thank's for answers

Solution
Not all systems can hibernate. There may be a setting in your bios that would help, or possibly a bios update would help.

If you want, open an administrative command prompt and type powercfg -energy It will make a report and leave it in a folder, so make sure you see what and where it is before you close the window.

After some time the W7 gone broken and i repair it by instaling another copy of them on HDD an hibernation is broken. How to fix it?
