Printer not detected as standard user

i got Win 7 Ultimate and my printer is plugged on my other computer (Windows XP Pro) and i want to share it. When i try to detect it with my account (Administrator) the printer is detected and works fine but as a standard user the printer isnt detected. I have tried to enter the information manually but no success. Is there a way to detect it as a standard user? Oh and by the way Windows firewall is turned off

You need to change permissions so the standard user can print from it only.
