Hi Mark,Hey all,
I've installed Windows 7 RC. For some reason, I can not connect to our network printers here. They worked fine in Vista. Im running the 32 bit version (vista was also 32bit). When I try to add the printer, I get an error 0x0000000d windows could not connect to the printer.
I have disabled my firewall, and still nothing.
These all worked fine in vista with the same drivers.
Thanks!
Mark
I have a canon ir 5570/6570 printer. It's connected via a windows 2000 server.
I tried the method in the MS KB article and I still get the same problem.
Not sure what's going on. I may just have to go back to XP.
It looks like for some reason, Win 7 does not like printers shared by server 2000. I added and served the same printers from my windows 2003 server and everything works great. Odd.
