Windows 7 problem in usb and dvd/cd rom

hello
i have a asus x44ly laptop for a year and i have installed win 7 on it,but sometimes its usb port dose not work and it takes to recognise mouse and flash memory,and the other problem of my system is its dvd/cd rom that dose not work properly cant read and write cd/dvd .i checked device manager on my computer but there were no problem there,i changed windows but not worked yet,i have scaned my system and find backdoor and also worm so i cleaned them but yet dose not work.what should i do??????????????????????????
