Windows 7 Problems with devices

I'm trying to use my iPod and my Sony Ericsson C902 with my pc. Before I used Windows 7 I had no trouble doing this, now, my PC recognizes that they're connected, but I cant do anything with them, they appear nowhere on my PC. I can't find my iPod in iTunes and I can't take photos off my Phone, its really frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

there is a program, i forget for the moment what it's called. it can connect via the 3rd party software to the ericsson phones. just google "ericsson modification" you will come up with all kinds of third party software... should anyways.
