Problems with SMTP

Hi all,

For some reason using an authenticated SMTP I manage to send emails through my HP MFP machines, but when I use authenticated SMTP it always fails.

Any idea why this might be happening?

PS: The authentication username and password are 100% correct.

Not much to go off of. Can you test from a CLI tool or is there an actual error code?

SMTP works and is permitted otherwise it wont work on 'authenticated' - the only problem is when I use the username and the password

Does it work authenticated elsewhere? Is there an IP allow list in place for allowed sending clients?
