RAM Clearing Programs

On XP, I used to use programs like SweepRAM, and they would actually make a little dent in the current usage of then limited 2GB available memory.

But nowadays, what do you think, do programs like this help at all on modern systems like Windows 10?

There is literally no reason for a program like this. OSes manages memory very well.
