So I have a new Windows 8.1 build and its been having quite a few problems. On start ups if I don't go into bios before loading into windows I get a blue screen. I also get lots of crashes, usually when playing games. If you need me to upload any other files let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Edward.

Hi,
your dmp files range from hardware error, Xbox controller, GPU drivers and kernel related crashes. Checking through the driver stack though you do have some possible 'culprits':

atikmdag.sys Fri Dec 06 21:19:43 2013:
Please use the app found here: http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html to uninstall your beta gpu driver (if your unsure how to enter safe mode using 8.1 see here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/windows-startup-settings-including-safe-mode ) and install the latest 13.12 Whql driver:
http://support.amd.com/en-us

ISCTD64.sys Tue Nov 27 19:52:34 2012:
Intel Smart Connect Technology. Later version is on your moBo's website:
http://uk.msi.com/product/mb/Z87-G45-GAMING.html#download

NTIOLib_X64.sys Wed Oct 20 07:45:49 2010:
MSI Afterburner driver (known BSOD issues with Windows) Also found to be a part of MSI Live Update 5. Please remove to test.

silabser.sys Thu Nov 15 06:10:56 2012:
Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge Driver please update:
http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/Pages/USBtoUARTBridgeVCPDrivers.aspx

xusb21.sys Wed Apr 08 15:28:44 2009:
XBox USB wireless controller BSOD issues in Win7 with 2009 driver might not be healthy for 8.1 either please try and update:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/downloads

If after updating the above you still get bsod please run memtest86 as it's always possible to purchase faulty RAM:
http://www.memtest.org/

Please post any new dmp files..

I updated everything and I still have to load into bios with my ps2 keyboard (the usb one doesnt work until windows starts) havent played any games yet. I also said its a new windows 8 build but its actually just a new install of windows ive had windows 7 on this machine for about 4 months and I would get bsods like 2 times a week. now I get about 3 a day with windows 8.1.

So are you saying that even after updating your still getting bsod? I checked the zip file you sent and they were the same dmp files you had sent before.
When does the actual bsod occur? As soon as windows starts? Did you check the memory and run memtest?

Regarding your keyboard. Have you tried using the USB one in a different port?

I get a winload.exe bsod with code 0xc000000e everytime if I dont go into bios after turning on/restarting my PC it happens immediatly after the bios screen. And my mouse and keyboard never turmn om unless I go into bios first.
And yes I have still been getting BSOD's and those were new dmp files. ill send some more new ones. For christmas I'm getting a gtx 770 so I will just delete all my amd drivers then.

The file you were told to view after the start up repair reveals this at the end:

Boot manager generic failure 0xc000000e

Root cause found:
---------------------------
Boot manager failed to find OS loader.

Repair action: File repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x490
Time taken = 5078 ms

Repair action: Boot configuration data store repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x490
Time taken = 0 ms

This is why you need to boot from the install disk to repair the damage. You might be able to do the same thing if you created a recovery disk using win 8 and booted from that.If you can't do either of these things try my other suggestions at the bottom of this post.

I looked through the dump files and it was the same as post 2. You need to update those drivers I posted. If your unsure which i'll post them again:

ISCTD64.sys Tue Nov 27 19:52:34 2012:

NTIOLib_X64.sys Wed Oct 20 07:45:49 2010:

If not update can be found please remove to test.

Links are above in post 2.

You could also try running a system file checker. If you right click in the bottom left hand corner of the desktop you should be able to choose admin cmd prompt from the revealed list. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Also go to Computer and right click on the icon, choose properties, Tools, Error checking and then click check. It might say it isn't needed but run anyway.

When I went into the windows 8 installation disk repair thing it told me to look at that file. I cant seem to find the very last thing you said. Maybe because I have start is back. I did do the command line thing and I attached what it said. I uninstalled afterburner. I have updated or uninstalled all the other drivers.

Please is there anything?! I have about $2000 in this pc, and $500 in games, and all I can do is browse the web without it crashing!

Can you post the latest dmp files. The last one is dated the 26th of December. I need to see the new ones since you made the changes.

Also have you scanned for malware? Try running this app:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Also try some basic troubleshoot stuff.

Go to My Pc and right click on the C drive, click properties, look for Tools along the top, click that and then under error checking click check. It might say it''s not needed but run it anyway.

SFC System file checker. I did ask above for you to run this but you didn't say if you did or not. Please run if you haven't already.

Download memtest86 and test RAM:
http://www.memtest.org/

I ran memtest finally and I dont think the results were good.
When I give you these dmp files I literally run w7f diagnostic, zip the file, and upload it then delete it. I dont see how they are old dmp files.

Wow... that RAM is failing!... Ok you need to take out all your RAM apart from one stick. Run your machine on that one stick. If it craps out again (bsod) or fails a memtest take it out and try another stick. Keep doing this until you find a stick which works ok. If you find all sticks fail then try the other RAM slots in case it's the slot it'self which is bad. Just go through the process again with each slot. If the outcome is the same then you know it pretty much has to be the RAM.
Check the RAM settings.
Make sure sticks are seated correctly.
Failing the above means purchasing new RAM.

Thank you for all the help. I "borrowed" some RAM from my brothers pc and have sent in a RMA request for my old ram.

If your getting a similar type of crash try testing the RAM slots as i suggested.

No matter what ram slots I am still getting errors. When I tried playing a game yesterday it crashed/Froze just like it normally does, BUT then it came back on and there was a directx error on the screen and it said to read a readme file but it didn't say what readme or where.

Try testing with memtest again and if it still errors out you may have bad RAM slots.
