Solution
It seems like you have been experiencing frequent BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) on your computer, and the issues seem to be related to the graphics card and RAM. Since you mentioned that the computer works fine without the graphics card (using the Intel GPU) and only with one RAM stick, the new replacements didn't solve the problem. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the BSOD issues: 1. Check for Driver Issues: - Make sure all drivers for your graphics card, motherboard, and other components are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues leading to BSODs. - Update your BIOS to the latest version, as sometimes BIOS updates can address hardware compatibility issues. 2. Test...
2. Test Hardware Components: - Run a memory test to check if the new RAM is functioning correctly. You can use tools like MemTest86 to test your RAM modules. - Test the graphics card in another system to see if it causes issues there as well. This can help determine if the GPU itself is faulty. 3. Check for Overheating: - Ensure that your computer is not overheating. Excessive heat can lead to system instability and cause BSODs. Clean any dust from your system and make sure all fans are working properly. 4. Check Event Viewer: - Check the Windows Event Viewer for any specific error codes or messages related to the BSODs. This information can help diagnose the root cause of the crashes. 5. System File Checker (SFC): - Run the System File Checker tool to scan and repair corrupted system files. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow to run the scan. 6. Check for Malware: - Perform a full system scan with a reliable antivirus program to rule out malware or virus-related issues. 7. Perform a Clean Windows Installation: - If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider performing a clean installation of Windows. This can help eliminate any software-related issues causing the BSODs. By following these steps, you can hopefully pinpoint the root cause of the BSOD issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them. If you need further assistance or encounter any specific errors, feel free to provide more details for a more tailored solution.
