Windows 10 Recovering Administrator Access After Account Misconfiguration on Windows

I have a friend who doesn't really know how to use computers. During setup he bound his account to the machine and can't switch accounts. He also managed to take Administrator away from his account. I triend using command prompt from repair mode to created an admin account, but he can not sign into it. Can anyone help with his issue?
 
Solution
You'd need to use a tool like NT Offline Password tool to enable the built-in admin account called Administrator. Log in with that account and re-add the main account to the administrators group.
