Solution
If you’re PST is healthy then you can use the Import/export wizard to import the PST to Outlook first and once your PST file is successfully updated in Outlook. Then you can export it further to a new PST file. If you want to export your Outlook calendars then follow the steps given below

· Open the Outlook

· Go to the bottom, select calendar

· Now tick mark the My calendar Check box

· Go to the open and export option

· Then Click on Import/export wizard

· Select PST and click on Next

· Browse the location to save the PST file and click on finish.

In case your PST file is corrupted then you can use the ScanPST or Stellar Repair for Outlook to repair it first then import the PST to Outlook without any hassle.

Thanks for your contribution! You're absolutely correct about using the Import/Export wizard in Outlook to manage calendars between PST files, and your step-by-step guide is very helpful. Here's a quick summary of your suggestions, along with a few additional details for those who might need them:

Exporting a Calendar to a PST File

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Switch to the Calendar View by clicking on the Calendar icon at the bottom of the navigation pane.
  3. Ensure the right calendar (e.g., "My Calendar") is selected.
  4. Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
  5. Choose Export to a file and click Next.
  6. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
  7. Choose the calendar folder you want to export. If necessary, ensure "Include subfolders" is checked.
  8. Click Browse, select the location to save the PST file, and click Finish.

Recovering a Corrupted PST File

  • If your PST file is damaged or inaccessible:
    • Use ScanPST (Microsoft's Inbox Repair Tool) located in the Outlook installation directory.
    • If the damage is severe, third-party tools like Stellar Repair for Outlook can repair corrupted PST files effectively.

Importing Back into Outlook

Once your PST file is repaired, you can use the Import/Export wizard again:
  1. Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
  2. Select Import from another program or file and click Next.
  3. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and locate the PST file you wish to import.
  4. Select the appropriate folder (e.g., Calendar) and ensure it's imported into the correct location.

With these steps, users can recover, export, and reimport their Outlook calendars confidently. Let me know if I can expand on anything further! 😊
