I'm trying to connect from one W7 netbook to another W7 laptop (using same build of W7).
It is not working. I did infact enable remote assitance and remote desktop connection on both computers.
What would cause this problem? On the netbook I'm connecting from, I use RDP software from accessories folder and input the correct IP (I'm 100% positive). It tells me the other computer is either off, not on the network or remote connection disabled - but all is false.
If it helps, I'm using Dlink DIR-655 router and Avira antivirus. I doubt they would interfere.
