Windows 10 replies to questions refer to my account as Pro or Insider

I am a novice at PC, not a pro nor insider. Replies I receive from Windows or Msn to my questions often refer to my account as either Pro or Insider. I need to find a basic Windows Tutorial for new PC users. Please advise. I use HP desktop, Windows 10 v. 1909, IE11 & Edge browsers. I am not part of a network nor workgroup yet system info states me as such. I am a very old senior who needs to find more basic windows 10 user guide or tutorial. Any help is appreciated

I would look at getting the Windows 10 for Dummies book it's a pretty basic general computer usage guide.

Have you tried the getting started guide available on your Windows system already?
Is there a way you could get hold of that guide to know more about the benefits of using the Windows system?
