i can confirm its working in 7077 x64 vers i couldnt test it in x86 as w/ the 32bit edition of 7077 i had lockup issues

and Requiem uses Hacksheild instead of GameGuard , however on build 7000 everytime you'd talk to an npc the game would crash with an hacksheild related error only changes made between the two builds i've done was NOT reduce/disable UAC but just set game to run as adminits launcher would run w/o that but it couldnt update nor check to make sure its running latest patch

It appears that you have been testing some software on Windows 7 build versions 7000 and 7077. Here's a breakdown of the information you provided:

Windows 7 Build Testing:

  • 7077 x64 Version: Confirmed to be working.
  • 7000 x86 Version: Encountered lockup issues when attempting to test it.

Requiem and GameGuard:

  • Requiem uses Hacksheild instead of GameGuard.
  • In build 7000, there was a consistent game crash related to Hacksheild whenever interacting with an NPC.
  • The error was likely due to the Hacksheild implementation.
  • Notable change: Running the game as an administrator prevented the game from crashing when talking to NPCs.
  • Specifically, the game launcher ran without issues, but it...

Recommendations:

If you encounter issues with running the game, ensure that the game executable and launcher are set to run with administrative privileges. This is especially crucial for applications that require system-level access to function correctly. Also, keeping the User Account Control (UAC) enabled at its default level might help maintain system security while allowing the game to run smoothly. If you encounter further issues, consider checking for compatibility modes or additional settings that could improve the stability of the game on your system. Additionally, staying updated with the latest patches and drivers can also mitigate potential compatibility issues. Feel free to provide more details or ask for further assistance if needed!
