Windows 7 Restore and minimize box

Hi All.
Just notices if I minimize a web page all I get is the 3 options, restore up maximize and close, I do not get a description of the web page, if I have 2 or 3 sites minimized I have to open each one to know which is which. Tried all ways to sort this out,

How true. The tabs feature in Firefox is sweet. IE has it too but you have to set it to use them for new pages I think. I don't really know since I almost never use it.
