i installed and played a game...
sometime therein, it threw an error that the game wan't compatible with my theme or whatever and reset it.

now i'm done with the game.

and no matter how many times i go in and specify the "Windows 7" Aero theme, i no get any Aero. =(

i really got used to mousing over icons in the taskbar, etc.

how do i get it back?

FIXED: Start button -> "Aero" -> “Find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects” link -> "Advanced" and tick "fix any problems automatically".
