Have an older Dell system... Windows 7 Browser.

The computer has not been used for a few years

The trouble we have in answering such questions is the validity of the question. I mean no disrespect when saying we have no idea if the laptop has been stolen or whatever.
Your probably better off asking either in the Link Removed or phone Dell themselves.
