This is annoying. I have checked the solutions all over internet but this hang never ends. This happens only when I right-click on a music file or a video file. I have already tried disabling extensions via both shexview and windows Registry Editor. I have also updated the graphics drivers. My windows is up-to-date.Please help me out!
I am using Windows 8.1 Pro.
Thank you.

Can you get a procmon dump and upload it here.Process Monitor Basically what you need to do is run procmon with the default filter, immediately try and right-click a music or video file. If it never completes just let procmon run a few seconds then go into File > uncheck "Capture Events", save the capture file and upload it here. It's important to not capture too long as the file will grow really fast. If that is too big click the crosshair and drag it over the Explorer window since that should be responsible for the right-click context menu.
