Windows 7 s3 sleep

hello guys i was wanting to know if anyone has had any problems with s3 sleep with windows 7 .
somtimes when i put my pc into sleep mode and then resume it it starts up ok then after about a minute it locks up and then goes into a blue screen of death the internet icon on the taskbar
has a green ring round it like the hourglass its doing something like its busy

Green Ring????? I thought it was blue...

Just kidding. If you want to check, open an admin command window and type powercfg -energy. The bottom of the report, and make sure you see where it is stored, will tell you if your system is S3 capable.
