I am searching for a Webpage which shows the KBxxxxx number for latest available cumulative (!!) update for each Win10 version.

Where can I find this information?

You can find them all on the Windows update catalog page.
Microsoft Update Catalog

For readability Microsoft labels them all YYYY-MM so for February 2019 you can just type 2019-02 Windows 10

Updates come out the second Tuesday each month so the latest month updates will be on there then.
