Windows 10 sfc /scannow does not work in build 14295

Is there a way to get sfc /scannow to work in Windows Preview 14295?

This is what is says

Open services.msc
Start the Windows Modules Installer service

It is running and getting same message

Try restarting it.

I have tried that a couple of times restarting it doesn't work either.

Can you upload your sfc log. C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
