When you encounter a sign-in error after restarting your PC, it can be frustrating. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue: 1. Verify Account Credentials: - Double-check the username and password you are using to sign in. Ensure that you are entering the correct login credentials. 3. Use Safe Mode: - Boot into Safe Mode by restarting your PC and repeatedly pressing the F8 key. In Safe Mode, you can troubleshoot potential driver or software conflicts that might be causing the sign-in error. 5. Reset Your Password: - If you are using a Microsoft account, you can reset your password online through the Microsoft account recovery page. 6. System Restore: - Consider using System Restore to revert your system to a point before the sign-in error occurred. 7. Repair Windows Installation: - You can use the Windows installation media to repair your Windows installation, which may help resolve any corrupted system files causing the sign-in error. 8. Check for Updates: - Make sure your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates. Installing updates might address any known issues causing sign-in errors. 9. Create a New User Account: - As a last resort, you can create a new user account with administrative privileges to access your system and troubleshoot further. If none of these steps resolve the sign-in error, you may need to seek further assistance, such as contacting Microsoft Support or a local IT professional, to diagnose and fix the issue with your PC's sign-in process.
