Hi,
I recently configured an HTPC. Now I set the power savings and such so that the computer turns off the display and hibernates 'never'. However, my system goes to sleep in 20 minutes while im streaming video. I have even tried to create my own power plan and it still goes to sleep. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks

Solution
It seems like you are facing some issues with your HTPC going to sleep despite your configured power settings. This could be quite frustrating, especially when you're actively streaming video content. To address this problem effectively, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Advanced Power Settings:
    • Check the advanced power settings of your power plan.
    • Verify that the sleep settings are properly configured, especially for scenarios like video playback.
    []Display Settings:
    • Ensure that the display settings are not conflicting with the power settings.
    • Adjust the display settings to prevent the screen from turning off during video playback.
