there's a slight delay in mouse movement.it works fine in window 7.

Solution
There is an option screen 'Properties of mouse'. You get there via 'All Settings', 'Devices', 'Mouse and Touchpad' 'Extra mouse options'.
There in tab 'Options for the pointer' you can set a 'Speed of mouse' and show pointer trail (should not be selected).

Will changing these options help?
(I am on a non English pc, names you see may and will differ - Sorry for that)
I am afraid that his is unsuffient information, to be able to help you.
Please ckeck whether
- your system is not busy
- mouse settings are correct
- you have the right display driver, wrong (settings of) driver may slow down your hole system, including the mouse

What PC are you using?
And what have you already tried?

i played this on window 7, it works fine no mouse lag. But, after upgrading to window 10. this problem sucks cant play aggressive.

Is your system busy or overloaded when you play that game?
(Use Ctrl - Del to get into Task Control to check)
