My laptop takes over 4minutes to boot. It stalls for 2minutes on the welcome screen. (No Harddrive activity)
If I go into msconfig, turn all the services and startup's off. it doesn't help.
Booting into safe mode takes 45 seconds.
Booting into safe mode with networking takes 4minutes.

But take a look at my boot log. You can see it stalling for 2minutes. So I am betting its like a DHCP timeout or something. I disconnected all the network drives but it didn't help.

Hey there. I've noticed your machine has experienced bsods. That's actually a good thing, as I can use the crash dumps to get your system in optimal shape.

Please navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the files in there to any other folder, then zip them and attach the zip to a post.
