I would say either your graphics isn't upto the job or you need a new driver..

I checked out the home page of your graphics system and it says that 7 is currently unsupported..

Have you tried running the game under compatibility mode?

Yes, Even it does not work under compatible mode.

I've checked for patches and forums without success... Looks like it's just not compatible with 7 sorry.

I know that this posting is somewhat late, oh well, but I love- and have recently installed Sniper Art of Victory on my newest computer using Windows 7 Professional and I have not encountered any issues.
