Recently updated to Windows 1903, the update process went well but some of my software have stopped working. Photoshop CS6 stuck at "Initializing". I have done the resetting of preferences to no avail. Even re-installed it several times. Same with my Snagit that freezes every after taking a screenshot. When opening the Editor, it freezes too.
