Windows 7 SoundMax Integrated Digital Drivers

I recently updraded from XP Pro to Windows 7 Enterprise, all is working well except for my sound. Device manager, sound properties tells me; this device is not working properly, tried uninstalling but after reboot, driver is still listed with yellow exclamation. Any help would be appreciated.

Then click Edit Your Details.
