Sprint offers smart phone using Windows 7 platform

In a product launch that had been hinted at for several days through a social media campaign, Sprint Nextel announced Thursday that it would begin selling its first smart phone operating on Microsoft’s Windows 7 platform next month. The $200 HTC Arrive comes with the usual two-year contract and is integrated for Xbox Live and Zune, Microsoft’s music software.
