I am the only person using my PC in my study.
My wife & kid (and cats) never use it. They have
their own tools/toys.
Instead of continually being prompted for admin permission
to perform tasks or run various programs, is it possible to
get Windows 10 to boot up already in Admin mode?

Solution
If you mean disabling the prompt that pops up, technically yes it's possible to disable, but I highly recommend not disabling it. It's a very useful security feature to help prevent malware from automatically taking administrative actions on your system including disabling your end point protection.
