Windows 7 Sticky notes can not start. there is a problem with access to the file. (close)

Ik ben nieuw op het forum.
Ik heb windows 7

En ik krijg bij het openen de volgende melding.

Kan plaknotities niet starten. er is een probleem met toegang tot het bestand. (sluiten)

Wat kan ik daar tegen doen.
Moet ik intel Express installer opnieuw laten draaien?
Of ??????

Wie heeft tips voor mij.

All I might think that a note you had saved had gotten corrupted.

If you do a search for *.snt you might find some notes in the Windows\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes. If you find any notes, you might rename them or move them to another folder to test. I believe this is a hidden folder so you might have to enable hidden folders in folder options unless the search takes your there.

If there really is an problem with access to the file, I would not know why since an Administrator User seems to have access.
