Windows Vista Stop Vista From Asking Permission

Hi

Is there a way to stop vista from asking me if i am sure i want to open a program every time i double click it or go to install something?

The feature you are trying to disable is called User Account Control. Its on as default in Windows Vista to protect your security. To disable it:

Go to Start- > Search -> or Run by holding down Windows Key + R on your keyboard

Type in: msconfig

Press enter

Click on the Tools tab in msconfig

Scroll down and select 'Disable UAC'

Press the Launch button

Restart your computer
