Windows 8 Stuck on the "preparing" screen after a factory reset

Hi, first post here because I didn't know what to do. My Samsung all in one (700a3d) was acting up a bit so I attempted a factory reset to hopefully fix the problem or, at the very least, allow me to remove my information from it so I can return it. Upon starting the reset (about 5-6 hours ago) it has been stuck on this "preparing " screen ever since. Please, I need help on what I can do!
