Hello,
after restarting, without any known resone some (not all) programs load very slow 30sec to 3 min.
but they finaly loaded. when they loading the desktop and computer freezing . when i try to do another action the desktop get black until its release.
menu's also freezing(all programs, right click menu) and get black until release.
i scan for registry errors, run a system check scan (sfc), restart the computer several times, scan for maleware and viruses, nothing found. i didnt made any software or hardware changes.
in task manager no proccess is using cpu too much.
what happend to my win 7?
