Windows 7 System Information - Windows Error Reporting

I've got a slight problem. When I go onto start and type in 'System Information'. It loads up with the System Summary and other stuff. I click on Software Environment and click on Windows Error Reporting. It loads and then suddenly on the top the bar, it says Not Responding. It then closes, send the report to Microsoft. Why won't it allow me too see in the tab ?? I tried so many system recoveryies back to Windows Vista and reinstall Windows 7 again. And still does not work.

Please can someone tell me why. Is it meant to be like that ? Or is microsoft going to make the service pack to resolve that issue. It looks like Microsoft fault.
