Hi Kemical

Hmm.....Is this the answer from Microsoft to the growing numbers of vista users who have been experiencing download or update difficulties.???
Is this an acknowledgement that some users will have update problems due to several hardware or software failures depending on the status of thir rig???
Is this an alternative to contacting Microsoft at the free help & support centre??
Perhaps some forum users who try this tool could post back and let us know what happens.!!!
