Windows 7 Task manager doesn't display any values

W7 Ultimate build 7600

The task manager doesn't display any values of processes. If I want to chech which process how much of RAM uses I can't do it because there are no values. See the screenshot below in order to understand what I mean.
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I tried even using ProcessMonitor but it's the same even under the program in question with the only difference that there (instead of empty spaces) is something like a small square cut in half.

Looks like corruption has taken place.

Run Link Removed - Invalid URL and also scan the registry for errors.
