It seems like you're facing an issue with the taskbar on Windows 7 64-bit (assuming that's what you meant by "7048 Win64") where it keeps resizing itself on the left side despite being locked. This can indeed be frustrating, but there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to fix this issue:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Restart Windows Explorer: Sometimes restarting the Windows Explorer process can help resolve taskbar-related issues.
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
    • Locate "Windows Explorer" in the list.
    • Right-click on it and select "Restart."

    ]Update Graphics Drivers:
    • Outdated or corrupt graphics drivers can sometimes cause display issues. Update your graphics drivers to the latest version directly from the manufacturer's website.
    []Check for Viruses/Malware:
    • Run a full system scan with your antivirus program to make sure the issue is not caused by malware.
    [
    ]Create a New User Profile:
    • Create a new user account and see if the issue persists there. This can help determine if the problem is related to your user profile.
    []System File Checker:
    • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
    • Run the command sfc /scannow to scan and repair system files.
    [
    ]Check for Windows Updates:
    • Make sure your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates. Sometimes, updates include fixes for such issues. If none of these steps resolve the problem, it might be helpful to gather more information about your system configuration and any recent changes that could have triggered this behavior. Feel free to provide more details for further assistance!
