Windows 7 Teamspeak Unmutes Line in

Okay this is the only problem I am having with windows 7, I run teamspeak and under playback levels my line-in is unmuted and I can hear myself.

and when I run teamspeak it unmutes itself.

Then If I click on it to mute again, no one on teamspeak can hear me.

You may have to update your sound drivers.... AND after I updated mine I had to do some configuration to tell it to use digital and loudness equalization helped because I always had to keep my volume turned all the way up.

Yeh, I've done that already. doesn't help.

I found a fix, but whenever I restart windows it re-installs the other drivers and breaks it again :/

Can you delete the other drivers so it cant' find them?

Yes, but when I do it re-downloads them on restart.
