When you open lightroom for the first time you get a "helpful" video to watch... if you want it or not because there is no off button.
work around; on a windows machine you can press the [esc] key to kill the opening video and get on with your work.
Of course the next thing that happens is yet another "HELPFUL" video explaining how fantastic lightroom is & how simple they made it to help you get the work done.
Around about now I'm looking for the off key so after some digging I find the setting to turn it off.
All you have to do is untick a box and press the [ok] button... How could Adobe possibly fuck that up?
